Library holidays are marked withon the calendar.

Take a city bus and get off at the Tomida Toshokan (Library) stop. It is a one-minute walk to the northwest.
Or, take a city bus and get off at the Hattori 2-chome stop. It is a three-minute walk to the southwest.

Or, take a JR train and get off at JR Haruta station. It is a ten-minute walk to the north.

You can come by car as well. The library has parking.

Second, fourth, and fifth Mondays of the month: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday to Saturday: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday and national holidays: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

First and third Mondays of the month (The library is open if Monday is a national holiday.)
