You can come by car as well. The library has parking.

Second, fourth, and fifth Mondays of the month: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday to Saturday: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday and national holidays: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

First and third Mondays of the month (The library is open if Monday is a national holiday.)
