Or, take a city bus and get off at the Nakamura Koen stop. It is a ten-minute walk to the north.
You can come by car as well. The library has parking.
Opening hours
Second, fourth, and fifth Mondays of the month: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday to Saturday: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday and national holidays: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Days closed
First and third Mondays of the month (The library is open if Monday is a national
