Take exit No. 2 of the Mizuho Undojo Nishi subway station. It is an eight-minute walk to the southeast.
Or, take exit No. 3 of the Mizuho Undojo Higashi subway station. It is an eight-minute walk to the southwest.
Or, take exit No. 5 of the Aratama-bashi subway station. It is an eight-minute walk to the northeast.

You can come by car as well. The library has parking.

Tuesday to Saturday: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday and national holidays: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Mondays (The library is open if Monday is a national holiday.)
