Library holidays are marked withon the calendar.

Take exit No. 4 of the Kurokawa subway station. It is a twelve-minute walk to the north.

Or, take a city bus and get off at the Kita Toshokan (Library) stop. It is a one-minute walk to the east.
Or, take a city bus and get off at the Kita Toshokan (Library) Higashi stop. It is located near the stop.

You can come by car as well. The library has parking.

Tuesday to Saturday: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday and national holidays: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Mondays (The library is open if Monday is a national holiday.)
