Library holidays are marked withon the calendar.

Take exit No. 3 of the Higashiyama Koen (Higashiyama Park) subway station. It is an eight-minute walk to the east.
Or, take exit No. 6 of the Hoshigaoka subway station. It is an eight-minute walk to the west.

You can come by car as well. The library has parking.

Tuesday to Saturday: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday and national holidays: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Mondays (The library is open if Monday is a national holiday.)

Period for inventorying books

The Chikusa Library has Japanese language textbooks.
There are also textbooks for the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test.
The library has books about living in Nagoya City and Japan as well.
You can also find books in easy Japanese there.
The library has a user guide in English.
